Once you have paid your initial website fee, and until your site is signed off for launch, you are permitted to cancel your site and receive a full refund. Once your site has been signed off and launched, you are not eligible for refund, however you are able to cancel the services we provide for you at any time.
All work is assessed and billed in hourly increments, and the minimum charge for any work requested is £50. This can be found in our terms and conditions statement.
When you make a payment with UK Churches, your order payment will be routed through a secure server. Secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. All other account information we hold for you is held in secure databases with suitable safeguards in place to protect it.
Your credit card details are not held by UKChurches but are input directly, via secure encrypted software, on to secure software and hardware.
We use PayPal and 2Checkout to receive payment via Debit/credit card. Both systems use high level security. 2Checkout.com Inc is an authorised reseller for UK Churches’ services.
In accordance with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1998 and 1984, to prevent unauthorised access, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you provide. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
